Beautiful, lightweight chandelier This Classic, 4-Arm Chandelier from Stone & Beam is a lovely, lightweight chandelier that is well suited for older homes or home with higher ceilings.It arrives very well packaged in a thick, super rigid cardboard shipping box and surrounded by molded Styrofoam so mine was in perfect condition. I noticed immediately that it is quite lightweight – it weighs less than 5 pounds. This can be a bonus for people doing the install by themselves and won’t tax your electrical box…
This is an absolutely gorgeous chandelier and though very simple in design it has a very elegant look. Though I live in an old Connecticut colonial house, I have a lot of Asian-influenced lamps and other furnishings, partly because I just like the look a great deal and partly because we have several Asian family members. I’m not sure that the designers of this lamp had it in mind, but this lamp goes very nicely with Shoji lamps and screens.The only issue that I had in ordering this…
