shades bigger than I expected I was planning on placing these lights on my entryway. But each lamp is much bigger than I expected, based on the photo on the Amazon product page. So, I’m hanging these above my kitchen island. Because of its need for wiring, I had my hubby do that part. And I helped. This particular spot is perfect for kneading or rolling dough, prepping veggies, things like that, but when I stand there, I am blocking my own light.
