If you know a lover of fans – get this! This book is GREAT! I mean, as a non-fan lover I found it pretty boring. But it enabled me to learn more about fans so I could interact better with an autistic child I know who LOVES them. He knows EVERYTHING about fans. When you visit his house, if he likes you he’ll take you on a tour of their fans. He knows how to disassemble and reassemble them and watches loads of ceiling fan YouTube videos. Lots of fan pictures, diagrams on fan installation, airflow diagrams, diagrams of where to put fans within a room. Nice section on the history of fans. Diagrams of motors, wiring, and blades. All in all, a comprehensive book on fans.Just one minus, and that’s that the pictures are all in black/white. There are a fair number of photos, but theyare all in B/W.
