Great Quality, very bright. Pleasantly surprised. Excellent Lights. These are truly 4000K (Pretty blue when compared to warm interior lights). I had an issue with one of the J-Box assemblies not sending power to the LED panel. It must have had a faulty voltage regulator inside the junction box. One thing I will say is, make sure the dimmer switch you are using is high quality rated for LED bulbs. The first dimmer I tried to use ($15 Leviton brand from Home Depot) worked, but made the bulbs flash on the lowest setting. I ordered a $25 Lutron CL…
Terrible product, terrible customer service Purchased these lights and had nothing but problems right of the box. Several of the lights turned on and off intermittently. An email to them left me bringing my electrician back to pull them down and verify it was the junction box or the light, torchstar didnât pay for that. They sent me a replacement junction box after we determined that was the issue, which means I got to hire electrician again. Perfect fitment and easy to install. Fit perfectly for my built in entertainment system. I installed 10 of them on a dimmer switch and they worked wonderfully after testing them. The wiring is straight forward and the junction box/ballast is easy to install and mount (my install was new construction) so it was a breeze to plan the layout of the lights and the junction boxes.
