Bright. Color accurate. I bought these as a replacement for other Torchstar recessed lights which wasn’t bright enough and had nasty bluish-white color cast. These lights are awesome. Very easy to install. I combined it with Lutron’s dimmer. Do not buy cheap dimmer or you WILL have issues with lights flickering. That’s what I did first. I installed three rows 3-lights each, used 14 Gauge wire, running off of three separate dimmers, so I can turn on the row depending on what I am doing in the room. First time it was…
Good lights….color temperature needs work. I bought the 3000k first…..the light was not bright enough and it was pink….not yellowish….pink. It did not work for me. I was putting these in an office right off of a showroom with 4500k lights and it was way too different. I sent those back and ordered the 5000k. I like these better, they are nice and bright but now they are almost too “blue”. They strain my eyes a bit when I am working, even when they are dimmed way down. I really wish they offered a light color in between these…
