This Energy Star and UL-classified 12W recessed LED light is designed with 5000K color temperature and 120°
wide beam which provides soft ambient light. It is perfect for general indoor lighting in the office, study, living room,
kitchen, dining room and bathroom, or as a damp location ceiling light fixture. With 850 lumen brightness, it
outperforms most similar 4″ recessed lights in current market.
The ENERGY STAR qualification guarantees incredible energy-saving performance. It is an ideal replacement kit for
your old 85W halogen light with an estimated yearly cost of 1.45 dollars (based on 3hrs/day, 11￠/kWh, cost may
vary depending on rates and use). Halogen bulbs emit a lot of heat and use a lot more energy than standard

The downlight is designed for standard E26/27 screw-in sockets and E-Z connector recessed housings. Electric wires

So close, but just too tall Easy to install and lights worked well with my dimmer, little bit of soft flickering residual when turned off, but eventually went completely dark. I’m not sure if it is just the size of our 4″ cans, but we couldn’t get these to sit flush on the ceiling. Most of these LED retrofits really push the size to the max, not leaving enough room to account for the small differences housing installations can have. LED Downlight During remodeling we chose to keep the recessed can in the ceiling, since this approach gives you the option of choosing either LED or halogen, depending on the time to time different need for lighting source.
