Great LED retrofit can I realized the key to good retrofit LED can housing is the retrainer clips. This product has clips that are easier to snap in place compared to the one from HxxO. What helps for me also is to push the opening for the clip on the housing a little inward. I pushes the top clip opening inward using a flat head screwdriver. My criticism of the cans is as follows. The “neck” ” which connects the junction box to the can is attached to the can with small aluminum rivets. good fixtures Work like a champ! Super easy to wire up – already has the little molex connectors in them so all you have to do is push you 12 or 14# wire into them. The clips took a little experimenting to figure out how to lock them and the documentation was a little lacking. But it’s a super easy device to use. Quality was great.I surprisingly found a similar pack of items at the local Home Depot for $10 cheaper after the fact – so shop around. But these are great lights. You won’t regret them…
