Easy to install, great light, great value. I bought these to replace standard down lights in my wife’s art studio. She wanted control of the direction of the light. My existing cans (housing) are 6 inches wide. They went in quickly and easily, barely 5 minutes to change 6. There is a screw in adapter to accommodate standard bulb fixtures. The springs are strong and pull the fixture tight to the ceiling. The ring covers the housing properly so they look good. The head swivels almost all the way around, about 350 degrees and can be…
Junko, instantly went back: PICTURES DO NOT MATCH PRODUCT Zero stars. These are very cheap. This review is for the flat version, not eyeball. The light face where a recessed ring is, there are plastic tabs over the LED translucent plastic that look ridiculous. If you have these up really high, like 20 foot ceilings, sure they probably will work fine, but if you’re like most, these are noticeably cheap. I would not recommend these for residential; cheap commercial yup, no problem. The pictures on the website DO NOT SHOW THE CHEAP PLASTIC TABS ON THE…

These holes should be large enough for each hole to fit one end of the spring clamp end. It works, but took a lot more on my end to make these…
