PERFECT I saw this had mixed reviews but for the price i had to try it. I noticed some people say they are missing the shades. When i received my package it came in 2 boxes. 1 for the shades and 1 for the light assembly. The quality is great for the price, the shades are not warped or bent and have a thick feel to them. I’ve seen a few reviews on this item where complaints were made about the underside/inside of the shades, and that they should be white to maximize reflection of light back down to the billiards or poker table underneath (or whatever table), and when I read them I agreed. And I saw reviews complaining about the fact that the shades are plastic and not metal. We received our lights with one of the notches that goes to the chain slightly bent. It caused the light to bend slightly off-center, but that wasn’t a huge deal to us since we weren’t using it in a fancy setting. Not even a big enough deal to report it to the seller or manufacturer. The insides of the lights are black, but we took them outside and spray-painted them white in order to get more light out of them because I am using them over a long crafting table in my home.
