It comes with a three-speed remote control that allows you to adjust settings for customized comfort. This Urban Gale fan features a 171-by-12-millimeter cold-rolled steel motor with dual capacitor and includes a three-speed, reversible switch that helps you stay cool during the summer and warm during the winter. In warm weather, you can run the fan counterclockwise to stay cool. In cold weather, you can run it clockwise to recirculate warm air from the ceiling, eliminating cold spots and drafts. Ideal for rooms up to 360 square feet (18 by 20 feet), this fan provides airflow at a rate of up to 5,174 cubic feet per minute (cfm). It is rated to operate at 60 watts at high speed (without lights), which gives it an airflow efficiency rating of 86 cfm per watt.
