Great fan, but missing screws and terrible customer service response While the fan, itself, is great, Westinghouse failed on customer service. The fan did not come with all necessary screws for installation and, when I called their customer service hotline, they did not apologize and instead said I should’ve checked that the box contained all necessary parts before beginning to install. Never judge a Fan by its Blades I thought the fan blades were average size, but come to find out they are actually half the size of traditional fan blades. Fortunately, after installing the fan a putting it to use, this little thing is not only super chic it also packs a lot of power.
